Privacy

Haivil is a small workshop, not a data company. We only ask for what is needed to get your piece to your door, and the order is closed by WhatsApp.

What we ask for

When you place an order from the cart, we ask for the details needed to deliver it:

  • Your name.
  • A phone number, so we can confirm the order.
  • The delivery address and the zone or city.
  • Any note you choose to add about the piece or the delivery.
  • An email address, only if you decide to create an account to save your details for next time. Accounts are optional.

Payments

You can pay cash on delivery, by card, by bank transfer or by PayPal. This site never asks for or stores card details. If you pay by card, we send you a payment link and you enter your card on the payment provider's secure page, not here. If you pay by transfer, you send us the receipt on WhatsApp; if you pay by PayPal, the payment happens on PayPal.

No one from Haivil will ask you for your card number or security code by message. If you ever receive such a request, it is not us.

How your order travels

Pressing the order button opens WhatsApp with your order already written out, and you send it to us from your own account. That means your message reaches us through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy.

The same order is also saved in our own database (hosted by Supabase) so we can track it, prepare the piece and know whether it has been delivered. Only Haivil can read it.

Measurement

We measure how the site is used — pages visited, and whether someone opened WhatsApp to order — through Vercel Analytics. These figures are aggregated and are not tied to your name, your phone number or your address.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept while they are useful for the sale and any follow-up, such as a repair or a replacement. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us on WhatsApp at +18092157009 or by direct message at @haivil_accessories and we will take care of it. If you created an account, deleting it removes the saved details too.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
